Ipod Touch 4Th Gen 8 Gig Crashing ?

Ipod Touch 4Th Gen ono had for few weeks then started to crash it will let you restore it + update it 9 times out of 10 when its working its good but when it crashes a white screen appears then it goes into restore or recovery mode cant be arsed with it anymore got a new one phone or email
